METALON is the key component in all METALON PRODUCTS TM.
Special formulations are blended for specific environments to ensure compatibility with the lubrication system media. Unlike oil additives, METALON unites chemically with the metal component molecules to form a microscopic monomolecular wear-resistant shield. This unique characteristics of chemical bonding to metal prevents "drain off" during idle periods.

METALON is present to protect the contact surfaces against the detriments of cold starts. Blended with petroleum oils and most synthetic oils, METALON substantially reduces the extensive metal removal associated with "break-in" periods.

Longevity is increased due to the burnished precision fit and wear reduction created by the presence of METALON.

METALON C2
A Universal METALON Formulation

METALON C2 can replace METALON M wherever there is no need for solvents or detergents in the lubrication system and will substantially improve the performance of AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS.
Compatible with GM DEXRON III and FORD TYPE fluid used in most transmission and some hydraulic systems, its unique molecular bonding, lubricates, protects and preserves the proper functioning of the precision hydraulic servo systems, pumps, metering valves and gear shift mechanisms.

METALON C2, a non-solvent, multi-purpose formula, can be blended with gas-oil mixtures for Two-Stroke Power Sources, such as: Chain Saws, Grounds Keeping & Golf Course Maintenance Equipment, Logging Machinery, Outboard Motors, Snow Machines, Jet Skis, Model Aircraft Engines, and the like.

METALON C2 blends with oils and fluids for Hydraulic Systems, Hydraulic Cranes, Self Loaders, Hydraulic Power Generators, Compressors, Metal Machining and Forming, etc.

METALON HI-TECH EP 1.5 GREASE is a superior multi-use high performance lubricant. Its unique overbased calcium sulfonate foundation couples with the exceptional properties of METALON EP provides the ultimate New Generation lubricating medium that is unmatched in the industry.

METALON HI-TECH EP 1.5 GREASE guards against rust, corrosion, oxidation, water washout and offers excellent thermal stability through temperatures ranging from -40 degreeC/F to 300 degreeC (570 degreeF intermittently, sustainable to 250 degreeC/482 degreeF) and IT'S REVERSIBLE! (Returns to its original buttery state when cooled).

METALON M is a hydrocarbon complex specifically formulated to help reduce friction and wear of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and save energy. Unlike oil additives, METALON M unites chemically with the metal component molecules to form a microscopic, monomolecular wear-resistant shield. Blended with most synthetic or petroleum oils, the exclusive METALON M formula helps to reduce maintenance costs and increase production and service life of mechanical equipment.

When combined with conventional metal cutting and machining oils, METALON M helps to maintain the sharpness of the tool cutting edges, allows deeper cuts per pass, while producing a smoother finish with less energy.

Applied to the lubrication systems of the new equipment, METALON M substantially reduces the extensive wear and metal removal associated with 'break-in' periods; thereby increasing equipment longevity. METALON M creates a burnished, precision fit between mating parts, which reduces friction.

One of the significant and unique characteristics of METALON M is its chemical bonding capability. METALON M will not drain off metal surfaces during idle periods, but rather remains in place to protect the parts during cold starts.

METALON M is applied at a ratio of 5% (min.) or 100mL for every two litres of lubricant to: Crankcases, Mechanical Gearboxes, Differentials, Transfer Boxes, Sliding Mechanisms, Cutting and Machining Oils, Bearings, Filtered Compressor Sumps, Bushings and much more. (Some applications may require a higher ratio of METALON M to realize maximum benefit as dictated by results and experience.)
